Life. The son of Charles Wheler of Charing, Kent, colonel in the Life Guards, by his wife Anne, daughter of John Hutchin of Egerton, Kent, he was born on 20 January New Style date at Breda in the Netherlands, where his Royalist parents were in was educated at a school in Wye, Kent and Lincoln College, Oxford, matriculating on 31 January St.

George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in England is a chapel built in high-medieval Gothic style. It is both a Royal Peculiar, a church under the direct jurisdiction of the monarch, and the Chapel of the Order of the is located in the Lower Ward of the castle.

George's castle chapel was originally founded in the 14th century by King Edward III and extensively enlarged in the Country: England. The right hand detail depicts William Virtue who was the Master Mason responsible for the construction of the Chapel and is probably the work of Barnard Flower, King’s Glazier () to Henry VII and Henry VIII.
